- Anatomy of the thorax proceeding to thorascopic oesophagectomy +/- pulmonary lobectomy, thoracic duct dissection and mediastinal nodes dissection
- Anatomy of neck for cervical lymph nodes dissection and cervical oesophageal exposure.
- Anatomy of D2 dissection proceeding to open radical D2 gastrectomy.
- Anastomosis: Cervical oesophago-gastric tube anastomosis.
